Fees

 

• Registration Fees (non-refundable) for RETURNING FAMILIES (unchanged from 07-08):

One child:  $45.

Two or more children:  $70.

 

• Registration Fees (non-refundable) for NEW FAMILIES (unchanged from 07-08):

One child:  $60.

Two or more children:  $85.

 

• Curriculum Fee (non-refundable; unchanged from 07-08): $150 per child.

 

• Book Fees range from about $175 in Kindergarten to about $355 in 8th Grade.  These figures will vary depending on which (if any) used books are purchased for 1st through 8th Grades.

Administrative Information

 

Tuition payments are due the 1st day of each month. Payments may be made in full by May 30, 2008 (a 4% discount applies) or on a 12-month plan from June 2008 to May 2009 or a 10-month plan from August 2008 through May 2009 (see the detailed table of rates and payments).

 

Tuition is considered delinquent after the 10th of each month, even if that day of the week is a weekend or during a holiday period.  A Delinquent Fee of $20 will be added to the tuition payment.  

 

A $25 service charge will be added to the tuition payment for any returned check. Two or more returned checks will warrant all future payments in cash only.

Mary C. Forbes Scholarship applications for the 2008 - 2009 school year have closed. The application and supporting document requirements for the 2009 - 2010 school year will be available in early 2009 through the school office.

 

Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Grant Program

 

Applications for the 2008 - 2009 Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Grant Program have closed. For planning and information only, potential grant candidates may be interested to know that eligibility to apply for the 2008 - 2009 school year was subject to the maximum household gross income criteria below. The application and supporting document requirements for the 2009 - 2010 school year will be available in early 2009 through the school office.
