ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

2008-2009 Applications

Applications for admission for the 2008 - 2009 school year are now being accepted.  The Application Fee is $50 per child and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

For Kindergarten:  The child MUST be 5 years old ON or BEFORE September 1, 2008.  The following items are required at the time of application: Original Birth Certificate and clear, legible copies of the following: Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, and Social Security Card.

For First Grade: The child MUST be 6 years old ON or BEFORE September 1, 2008, and MUST have completed a state-approved Kindergarten program.  The following items are required at the time of application: Original Birth Certificate and clear, legible copies of the following:  Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Social Security Card, and a copy of the child's most recent 2007-2008 Kindergarten Report Card.

For Second through Eighth Grades: The following items are required at the time of application: Original Birth Certificate and clear, legible copies of the following:  Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Social Security Card, a copy of the child's  2005-2006, 2006-2007 and most recent 2007-2008 Report Card.  In addition, for grades 3 through 8, a copy of the child's last two years of standardized test scores and current year's standardized test scores.

Testing

New students entering Kindergarten are given an early childhood readiness assessment prior to notification of their acceptance status for the 2008-2009 school year.

New students entering Grades 1 through 8 are given a placement test prior to notification of their acceptance status for the 2008-2009 school year.

Readiness assessment and placement testing dates are arranged by appointment ONLY through the registrar at extension 30.  The APPLICATION FEE of $50 per student includes the fee for the readiness assessment or the placement test.  The completed application and the $50 fee must be received PRIOR to scheduling a date for the readiness assessment or the placement test.
