For the latest MHR sports schedules, just look below.  Wherever possible, changes, additions and cancellations are highlighted in red and noted with the date of the change. This page is updated as the information firms up, so please check back often.  That said, some schedules may still be tentative, and last minute changes may not make it to this page in time.  So please check with your coach if you have any questions.

Important Administrative Information 

For the 2009 - 2010 school year, parents of students entering the 5th through 8th grades receive a 4-part package required by the Diocese of St. Petersburg for participation in MHR sports.  The Participation Health Screen Form REQUIRES THE PHYSICIAN'S SIGNATURE. The four parts are listed below and can also be downloaded in pdf format at the link:

Statement of Compliance

In addition to this package, the school physical examination (Florida Department of Health Form DH3040, School Entry Health Exam) is also still required. All forms are valid for one year only from the date the physician signs the "Examining Physician's Certificate" at the bottom of the Participation Health Screen Form. No other paperwork is required for individual sports during the school year.
