HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION Constitution and By-Laws
ARTICLE IV - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Home and School Association: 1. Represents all parents and/or guardians of students in Most Holy Redeemer Interparochial school. 2. Facilitates communication between the parents/guardians of the students and Administrators (the Pastor/Superintendent, the Administrator, and the school Advisory Commission) and faculty/staff of Most Holy Redeemer Interparochial school in order to: A. Promote clear understanding of the mutual educational responsibilities of the home and school; and B. Promote the welfare of the students in the home, the school, the parishes, and the civic community. 3. Promotes better understanding between the school and the parishes and civic communities. 4. Assists the administrators and faculty of Most Holy Redeemer Interparochial School in providing quality education which will develop the spiritual, moral, intellectual, and physical life of the students. 5. Promotes Most Holy Redeemer Interparochial School fundraisers to provide opportunity for fund-raiser chairpersons to obtain volunteers. 6. Coordinates spiritual and educational aspects among parents, teachers and administrators in a program of children/child training. 7. Offers thorough well-planned programs and information of particular interest to parents. 8. Coordinates activities with the School Advisory Commission in order to insure a sound foundation with the parents. 9. Is supportive of the administrative procedures which have been developed by the Pastor and Administrator. 10. Maintains confidentiality with all sensitive matters and issues to come before the Association. |
