instructions, lists, and forms. We do not distribute printed versions of this information,
but we do keep this website up-to-date all summer. So come back any time for book
information or to print another copy of a form. |

maintained here all summer, so work on the math worksheets and
practices whenever you like. A word to the wise, though: For many
grades, this year's program is more comprehensive than ever. So
start early and come back often! |

The
2009 - 2010 annual calendar was revised effective June 18 to
reflect a change in next year's Catholic Schools Week
program. You can get the latest version at the Quick Link or
on the Calendar and Menu page. |

For
the 2009 - 2010 school year, parents of students entering the 5th
through 8th grades have already received a 4-part package
required by the Diocese of St. Petersburg for participation in MHR
sports. For returning 6th through 8th grade families, this is
very similar to the package you did for the first time last year.
The Participation Health Screen Form requires the physician's signature,
so don't forget to take it to the physical where you'll also receive
the Florida Form DH3040, School Entry Health Exam--which is
also still required. The Diocese package is also available year-round
on the Sports Page. |

Uniform Company will be at MHR on Saturday, August 1st, from
9 am to 3 pm, for fittings and sales. Orders may also be made
